Air Canada + Aeroplan is Air Canada’s travel app for searching and booking flights, managing reservations and keeping track of a journey. It suits Air Canada passengers who want their booking details, travel updates and boarding pass in one place, as well as Aeroplan members who use points when they travel.

Book with cash, points or both

You can book flights using money, Aeroplan points, or a combination of Points + Cash. The app also lets eligible travellers use points toward taxes, fees and other charges. After signing in with Aeroplan, you can check your points balance, review recent transactions and follow progress toward Elite status.

Aeroplan services are not limited to flights. The app provides access to options such as the Aeroplan eStore, hotel bookings and car rentals, making it useful for organising more of a trip from the same account.

Useful information during the journey

Once a trip is booked, the app brings together travel guidance and live updates. Depending on the journey, this can include boarding information, gate changes, flight status, connection and layover details, airport arrival guidance and bag-drop information. Checked-bag tracking provides updates from drop-off through to collection, including instructions for some connecting airports.

The app also provides access to a digital boarding pass and can update travel details such as seat changes or upgrades. Turn-by-turn airport directions and walking times are available at selected airports, including Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver.
